When you buy something UNUM ET IDEM we hope you love it. However, if you have ordered the wrong size, decided the items do not fit you perfectly or wish to return it for any other reason we are ready for you to do so within 14 days of delivery.

Please email to arrange collection of your order. Please notify in the letter your name, surname, the garment you want to return and the reasons why do you want to return it. Our manager will contact you by email and inform you about other steps. Returns outside time frames may be accepted at the discretion of UNUM E IDEM and may only be refunded as a store credit or an exchange.

When shopping online, please be conscious of your consumption. Processing returns has an environmental impact and UNUM ET IDEM consider free returns to be an unsustainable cost. So We do not offer a free returns service. You are responsible for the shipment of returned items back to us, as items lost in transit will not be compensated for.



You are entitled to a full refund of the purchased item(s), if the product(s) is in the exact same condition as you received them. Please note that if the product(s) has lost its value due to your handling of the product(s) to a greater extent than it is necessary to determine its characteristics or functions, you will be obliged to reimburse us. Thus, in order for you to get a full refund, please make sure that the item(s) is in the same condition as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.  We are not able to accept returned items that are soiled or dirty or have been worn or washed. All the garments have to be in their original packaging and have original label on them. We do not accept returns with removed labels.

The parcel should be returned using the Tracked & Signed service. The refund will be made as soon as the returned parcel has been received. We recommend you get a proof of posting. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.



Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange sizes, you will need to place a new order for the size that you require and return your original order. Unfortunately we’re unable to put stock on hold.


Upon inspection of the returned goods we will endeavor to process the refund within 15 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment. Other than a return as set out above, if you return the product(s) for any other reason (for instance if you claim the product(s) is defective or you are otherwise entitled by law to a refund), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of our decision via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.
